Do you really need elaboration? Or do we have another pair with you and Jabbz?

I don't get the pair comment.

Simple are you and Jabbz going to play like zak+novice. = You attack one and the other jumps on you (because that's what you did). Do you feel compelled to save Jabbz from a lynch? Do you feel the strong urge to defend him no matter how scummy he is? Do you prefer to lynch villagers over your buddy? Are you and Jabbz planning to play the same like novice + zak that's what I wanted to know.

If yes I hope to lynch one of you 2 because one such pair is bad enough. If no why did you run to defend Jabbz the instance he got attacked?

I have not refused to answer. And it has nothing to do with appreciation but if you need one. Tell me why you need one and I give my reasons.

Ok, that's a good post by Rowain.

Stop saying mean things about Novice, though! wink

I voted for him when I realized that my "vote" wasn't a hard vote, but rather a way to point out that I found his behavior suspicious. I found it very suspicious early on, as that is the type of behavior scum engages in during live play. Then when I saw two others voting for him it kind of confirmed my suspicions I guess. Now I'm the only one voting for him, and I'm not sure what to make of that. I suppose given the way the thread is playing out his behavior isn't that out of whack, but I don't really see enough of a pattern anywhere else to call anyone else out, so he is stuck with my vote for the time being.

Ok, that makes sense to me. Seems to tie up the loose ends regarding your timing issues.

On another note - if there is any substance to those dubious hints you have been dropping, you should be prepared to claim your role at some point before the deadline, if that's what it takes to save yourself.

Sorry I missed the boat on this starting, I'll be active now.

Just to clarify, the prevailing way this works here is that the first round is completely random lynching, then we really start, right? Of course, I could just be feigning newness. Or maybe I'm double feinting? Or just slightly intoxicated?

That said, I'm voting Brick for speaking of the devil.

Too scummy to be scum, possibly. But let's see if there is more where this came from. smile

Ryan needs some prodding too.

Heh, I forgot he was playing, so yes, he does.

Also, I must admit that I am tempted to just hop back on the Goreripper wagon and drive it home. But I'm trying to restrain myself. smile

I thought some more about Catwalk, and realized that I had some similar niggling doubts about him on day 1 in the last game. So that may well be nothing.

Good post, Rowain, I hadn't considered that.

I find Jabbz' reasoning to be much better then I was expecting. I am suprised that you saw that behavioural pattern in me and not, say Zakalwe, as I don't think I have much of a penchant for pressuring as he does, but I will look over my posts to see how it matches up. I will say that worrying too much about how others are voting to confirm your suspicions can throw out a lot of false negatives - scum are, in fact, more likely to be coordinated then villagers, and just because they're not shared doesn't mean your suspicions are wrong and vice versa. (In general I would say players here are far more liberal about tossing out votes then you seem to be, and are correspondingly not always indicative of a strong suspicion as opposed to wanting to pressure for information and so on.)

I'd also like to hear more from the lurkers, but also Sunrise - I found it a little odd that he poked in for a comment/joke early but still hasn't commented since. Now that I look at it, his catch-up post doesn't actually contribute much overall and is just responding to zaks questions/accusations. And his vote on novice seems a) a little reactionary/combative and b) after clearly reading novice's response (as he posted) he doesn't respond in turn or even give out another vote to another player. I am, however, a little cautious of voting just based on content/contribution, as that isn't massively indicative (see:me from last game), though the way he has handled it does give off scummy vibes, especially as, on review, his earlier posts were largely defensive about his "town anecdote" et al.

Still, Goreripper for now, as Sunrise is probably sleeping.

What was the good post and why and what didn't you consider?

Considered what, exactly?

To be honest I don't see what was so good about Rowain's post.

Those who are voting Goreripper: Could you elaborate on why?

I guess Ryan is a fine lynch.
I have to run.
