Things don't look good for America:
I have officially zero idea about Kuro's weird scheme.

Well you've got my attention, Hashoosh.
Here are the cities he was talking about. He apparently wants to dogpile the GNP/nice stuff leader Ruff. I guess Hashoosh is a little far from Astronomy, which would let him dogpile the actual leader Molach. I've no objection; Hash asked for 5 turns I said 7.
Because, you see, Seattle here fits pretty decently in my dotmap, so I'd like to acquire it from Kuro first...DoW next turn!

This is perfectly rational, given my utter hatred of hipsters.
Casus belli? He whipped! He can afford to whip.

I'm pretty sure if you're equating hipsters to Seattle it just makes you old.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

Well that was...something. He didn't even negotiate, just gave it away. I kind of wish he'd kept it until this turn so Ruff piled on, but ah well.
This is great, though, it's actually two cities' worth of stuff given that now I can cram in another filler fed by the rare fresh water over here. I'm turning my greedy eyes upon Ruff now; I told Hashoosh to be ready in four more turns. Ruff and I share one hell of a mountainous border, but a great artist should see me make inroads deep; ideally Kuro can jump in and we might be able to carve up little Khmer all in one go.

Vassalage/Serfdom revolt was pretty much key here; the 50% faster chops are amazing and I can actually afford all the units. Its not like Bureaucracy will ever be all that awesome for me...
