How do the crocolisks play? Are they needed as a 2 drop to get more tempo early on or do they just end up being a subpar body later on in the game? I would consider swapping 1 out for an owl, or possibly both out for an owl + snapjaw, but that would slow your deck down.

Are you playing more of a control or a slower priest? My curve is a lot more aggressive than most of the midrange priest I see out there, so I don't even have a Ragnaros in the deck, and Hunter has been one of my better matchups, winning 4 out of 5. The last one even managed to RNG out a Scar from killing my Deathlord on turn 4, but I thankfully had an answer. Still, I'm only now at rank 8 so I'm trying to keep my prev stats with a grain of salt.
And also jealous of the Sylvanis. She's my next legendary to craft and I'm about 600 dust away from being able to get her.
Edit: Just played a game against a control warrior where I got to play Feugen, Stalagg, and KT. Ended up with 2 Thadius by the time he took out KT.

Yeah I took the multi-shot out for an owl and I think it's helped the deck. It's very good value when it does hit, but that's really not very often. And like you say, if you're playing against zoo you want something much cheaper than 4 mana to remove stuff. Also pindicator, when I put the deck together I thought the crocs were necessary - the only time they're good is when they get Houndmastered for a 4/5. Otherwise they're very underwhelming. I might take them out soon.
Now rank 7, which is my highest ever by quite a long way... haven't really played constructed in earnest before! I'm going to try and make a push for top 5 ranks tomorrow.

I'm running the following decks atm, at rank 6 EU with limited play time
Jack of all trades hunter
0 - hunter's mark x2
1 - flare, tracking x2, boar, timber wolf, undertaker x2, webspinner x2
2 - explosive trap, freezing trap, haunted creeper x2, mad scientist
3 - eaglehorn bow, animal companion x2, deadly shot, kill command x2, UTH x2
4 - houndmaster x2
6 - highmane x2
Theory here is that running 8 cards with one copy gives all the draw effects more value, it does pretty well against everything except control warrior which is a pretty bad match
Midrange Priest
0 - circle of healing x2
1 - zombie chow x2, undertaker x2, PWS x2, northshire cleric x2
2 - haunted creeper x2, loot hoarder
3 - SW death, thoughtsteal x2, dark cultist x2, death lord
4 - auchenai x2, yeti
5 - holy nova, feugen, stalagg, loatheb
6 - cabal shadowpriest, temple enforcer, sylvanas
8 - kel thuzad (this was Ragnaros' old spot)
I don't think I played enough games with this one for it to be tuned properly though

0: Hunter's Mark (x2)
1: Arcane Shot (x1), Flare (x1), Tracking (x2), Timber Wolf (x1), Webspinner (x2)
2: Haunted Creeper (x2), River Crocolisk (x2), Scavenging Hyena (x1), Starving Buzzard (x2)
3: Animal Companion (x2), Deadly Shot (x1), Kill Command (x2), Unleash the Hounds (x2)
4: Multi-Shot (x1), Houndmaster (x2), Leeroy Jenkins (x1)
5: Stampeding Kodo (x1)
6: Savannah Highmane (x2)
At some point this deck is likely to transition into a full tempo/mid-range deck - I'll probably take out the crocs and a couple of other things, and put in Mad Scientists/traps. It's a much more fun deck to play than a lot of the other recent FotM decks though.
I ran a hunter deck with these differences to yours:
-1 Arcane Shot
-2 Crocolisk
-1 Scavenging Hyena
-1 Multi Shot
-1 Kodo
+ 2 Stonetusk Boar
+ 1 Timber wolf
+ 1 Owl
+ 1 Oasis Snapjaw
+ 1 Loetheb
The boars are really good for checking traps, and the 2nd Timber wolf adds more consistency for the Leeroy/Unleash/Timber wolf finisher. Loetheb often allowed me to set up for lethal next turn to prevent the opponent from clearing the board.
I got to Rank 5 in NA with this deck, where almost all my match ups are against other hunters. I feel that I'm favoured against all other classes from my experiences.
I have yet to try out the secrets hunter deck since I don't have the gold to buy the next naxx wings.

I've heard some wonderful internet peoples are DDoS certain twitch streamers. So if they play it, the game isn't playable. Wonderful people, I'm sure.

Had a crazy game against a mage that had a couple teachable moments.
He had a mad scientist and sylvanis down. I had Stalagg and a 3 weak guys so I decided to roll the dice and used the 4/7 to attack Sylvanis then cast holy nova. I almost attacked the scientist first but then I thought "No, I don't want to trigger that trap!" What I didn't think about was that he had played the mad scientist first...
So when holy nova killed it and the sylvanis, it's deathrattle procced first and found a Duplicate... Two Sylvanis into his hand
Teachable moment #2:
Later in the game he's stolen my Stalagg and I have Feugen on the table. I thought I had heard somewhere that if you attack another plalyer's Feugen with your Stalagg like that then only the current player gets the Thadius. Well, THEY ARE WRONG We both got him
And yeah, I definitely lost that one.

Yay, finished my last assignment of the term and spent some time to hit rank 5. I think I'm going to call that good for this season and possibly try for legendary next month when I won't have school. The deck still maintained over 60% between ranks 8 and 5 so I'm still very happy with it.
And i finally got enough to craft Sylvannis.

Even if I'm just talking to myself in here, I have to share this:
I thought I drafted a good one but didn't think it'd live the dream:
1 - Deadly Poison x2, Argent Squire
2 - Blade Flurry, Evicerate x2, Shiv, Amani Berserker, Bloodsail Raider, Defias Ringleader, Faerie Dragon, Haunted Creeper, Murloc Tidehunter
3 - Fan of Knives, Flesheating Ghoul, SI:7 Agent, Wolfrider
4 - Chillwind Yeti, Cult Master, Dark Iron Dwarf
5 - Azure Drake, Darkscale Healer x2, Sludge Belcher, Spectral Knight, Spiteful Smith x2, Stranglethorn Tiger
6 - Sunwalker, The Black Knight
Got lucky a couple of games too, top-decking one of my big taunts right when it was needed. Or Azure Drake which drew into the evicerate to get lethal when I was at 1 life in another.
