Heh heh, I spotted that, too. However, in PB18 when I put my second city down it cost me a gold and I think it was the same distance away. Perhaps the map settings in this game are contributing positively?

Also, no Warriors yet? I guess it's good that the game meta here is pretty peaceful.
I'm just doing my best out here.
