{SPOILERS} 2metra, Dreylin & OT4E. This is the beginning of a wonderful friendship.

If they have proposed Peace, I'd suggest countering with a lump sum Gold request; let's see if they are willing to pay for Peace.

Always glad to take credit for OT4E's planning and some very favourable RNG results... lol

Lets not add insult to the injury. If we think we can have somewhat stable peace with them, asking them for money is a no-no.

I'm in favour of trying to restart our relationship after this, so am happy to get behind a white Peace.

If we can get some Culture in Signal, that will give us good visibility and should ensure we can hold the islands at least until Astronomy ... at least much better than they were able to.

Returned the offer of White Peace to AI/REM. Put a fresh Axe on the Galley with the promo'd Axe (sorry about that BTW) and started it back for pickup. Second Galley (empty) stayed in place for now with the Trireme 1 behind.

Also offered OB to Gavagai; wasn't sure if you had already. I expect to get a map trade request in return ... <Sigh>

Used the Sheep Axe to free the Spear from Stronghold to move to the pickup spot; Settler heading that way as well.

I was thinking that we should have a Settler ready to go and plant in the SW once we've cleared dtay's city - or are we keeping that? Even so, we could fit a bridging city in between there and Wunderbar if we want.

On the subject of Economy:
Can we put a Library in Samarkand yet?
How about some cheap Marketplaces?
Coastal cities will help, so more Lighthouses and planting the island.

Not familiar with setting up research overflows; what can we use in this case?

Island city can start working faster and will give job to island worker. If we want more cities make settlers.

Libraries we cant really afford, marketplaces are bettter but no we just need to let cities grow.

Of course we cant get any gold for peace and shall not expect rem ro leave it as it is. We cant storm their continent now. A lot of archers there and we 'd better take care about island.

Yeah, I wasn't meaning the current Settler, but maybe the next one we build.

We research small cheap techs for about 95+%. When we decide to enter some tech race, we get those on 100% of research one by one and get goal tech in 1 turn. So we dont show what we are teching and dont risk since we can change tech till last turn.

I am almost 100% sure I made a post about how we might not the tech power to actually tech techs which we might not need and we wont see the benefit of for some time as we will be teching them to 95%. We might prefer to not hide our tech path instead of wasting tech power.
