Do we get the routes from Gavagai without OB from AI/REM? If not, then we need to open for them since they'll be worth 3 coin, while only giving 2c to AI/REM.
Wow dtay went in quickly after you rolled the turn; I was going to ask whether we planned to maintain turn split, but no need with that speed!
1S is coastal and gets us the Deer first-ring; we'll have a bunch of Workers in the area for the attack and they can clear-cut the forests to improve the defenses. It's not on a hill, but we don't have Archers anyway. We could always chop in some Stone-powered walls...?
I guess that dtay's city is just too remote for us to support properly and keep?

More like if we keep his city he will always want to get it back and will drag us in eternal war. No city, no sentiments Well, kind of.
Not sure if settling on the coast will do the trick by expelling Dtay's chariot out of sight to see our incoming chars.

As for map trades.. I think guys already traded maps around, those offers are flying around for a long already, so we are blind for the outer world, and they are blind for us.

Yeah, dtay has a view on the land up to our borders in the North, but less so in the South and nothing past Samarkand; AI/REM have seen our Southern coast but nothing past that. HAK has the full trip around our coast but nothing inland.
In return we have a complete view of dtay's land, pretty thorough view of Commodore and starting to have a good map of plako. And we've touched on the coast of HAK / AI/REM and Gavagai. From our Point of view the one we're missing right now is AI/REM's land; anything else is just going to tell us where people we haven't met yet are hanging out ... but that doesn't help us contact them, which is what's really worth the money.

Oh, that Chariot:
Spent some time looking around, but just moved the Scouts. We have Trade Routes with Gavagai - interestingly only 2 though.

If you need me to, I wouldn't be able to play now until after the turn is due to roll.
BTW, are we killing that Chariot, or letting it explore / lurk / spy?

Why? Not kill an anti horse char now? It will kill 2 at least in defending or worse it will spoil any of our plans. I am not sure we need to let it go...
