Oh, and Joey just completed the Horse Whispering quest so has an instant army....

Looks like Gawdzak has managed to pick up everyone's map except plako's (and ours); wow there are some open spaces available!

Sent the Missionary straight for Wunderbar; of course we can't start the AP until we actually have a state religion, but I assume we'll not revolt until we finish our research and see what's happening out East.

OK, sorry. I was just looking at some of the newer cities that have 0 hammer production capacity and thought they would be useful short to medium term. We haven't talked about going to Machinery yet, so I don't know what the timing on that is.

I delayed civics switch for 1 turn, wanted to slave an archer and a worker. Btw we dont need to slave buildings before we get religion there. Workers are preparing chops around Wunderbear. Could be better idea to start from those in front of dtay.

Adrien power is huge and he continues doing 3-4 whips per turn. Let's see what it brings us. Good thing that they are not trying to spy against us.
I think we need to keep triremas there. At least he wont be able to sail behind it too easy and will see that we are serious. No chance for him to take city from water. Walls and different bonuses must frighten him. Though we are still vunerable against hwachas. So let's put HBR in research list.

We got positive event at the beginning of turn +9 food into storage of Stronghold.

I revolted to Christianity. No attack has come at us and there are no imminent builds.

I saw the sizeable Joey army across the border from AI/REM, and I'm strongly convinced that they are focused in that direction. I did offer them our spare Sugar for nothing - I think that would get us a Peace Treaty if they accept.

Since we're in Anarchy I sent the first chop into Wunderbar, it'll store behind the current Wealth build anyway.

I am almost sure you cant get peace treaty this way. But whatever....

Probably so, but IMO it's worth is sending them an indication of peaceful intent. They could well see our naval build-up as an potential threat that tips them over into feeling a need to attack. I guess we'll see.
