So with Jkaen and Lewwyn moving their vote since the last count, I have it at:
7 Votes - Novice 6 Votes - Jabbz 3 Votes - Lewwyn with only bob, dtay and Azarius not voting for one of these three. I'm uncomfortable with someone who's camped their vote for most of the day deciding this but I don't agree with taking the risk of lynching a claimed power role on Day One

You and Zak both cam at me I reasonably responded to you as well as Zak in a post. You took it and tried to paint me as changing my story, which I wasn't and I showed I didn't. So yeah, now I'm attacking you because I do think you're scum because you're being unreasoanble.

Just woke up and read through the last 130 posts. With the triple cop claim I think we should lynch one of them. Their flip will be more revealing than Jabbz's or Lewwyn's imo. Lewwyn flip could shed light on his interactions with Ichabod and Meiz but I think it's more important to lynch the false cop claim. I think Jabbz's defense is genuine fwiw, I don't want to lynch him anymore.
novice looks most suspicious of the cops. Barely any activity both before and after his roleclaim - like he's trying to lie low and hope the suspicion on him blows over. It did for a while too, but Qgqqqqq's and Mattimeo's claims have swung it right back on him. I'm much more comfortable with their posting/contributions than with novice's, I just don't like his luriking when there's been plenty to talk about.

Sorry, I've been offline for the last 12 or so hours and just now caught up. I'm not incredibly happy about all of the cop reveals. Like, if only one of them is a cop and we've caught two scum, that's a great trade! But if one is scum and two are cops, we'd better hope we still have a doctor (and that they don't have a strongman). But it happened anyway, so looking at all three cop claims: * Mattimeo's seems the most credible. He wasn't getting any heat at the time, and by claiming he really stuck his neck out. Could be a scum gambit to mislynch one or two cops, but very risky. I am curious though why he had such a reaction to my initially voting for novice, if he always suspected that novice's claim was dubious. * I kind of expected Qg to claim Jailer, since he kept dropping hints that it was the most powerful role he could have had, but Cop makes the most sense for a scum in serious trouble- decent chance for mislynching the other Cop, so that you take someone down with you if the village turns on you the next day. I haven't liked many of the arguments against him though, about "constructed" posts and people doubting that the DLP forum exists, and if Qg should indeed bite it at some point and reveal as Cop I think we should take a hard look at those who piled on him, despite novice's almost complete lack of content. * I'm going back to my initial target, novice. He's suspiciously quiet and role-revealed ultra-early, for someone who supposedly has such a key village role. Shouldn't an actual cop at least try to leave some ambiguity as to their exact role, unless forced to reveal by an otherwise inevitable lynch? Unless he has little fear of being night-killed, and just wanted to slip through the day while setting up a village power role mislynch... |
