For starters, one of TT/Q is obviously lying, as they are disagreeing about the number of visitors to Q on N1.
And there's really no way Q is the liar out of those two. Like Q said,
1) Bob would in all likelihood jail Q on N1, as instructed.
2) A town watcher would in all likelihood watch Mattimeo, since he was the doctor target.
3) Watching AdrienIer is also an unlikely choice on N2, particularly with how TT explained it. (If he had said, "I realized AdrienIer must be the vig and figured scum would kill him", then it would have been more plausible.)
This also means that Ichabod has stopped playing for town, unfortunately. The minute it became clear that TT was in fact a bad guy, he moved his vote off him.
Since TT is obviously lying, then Azarius could technically be the town watcher. Failing that, there's no active town role he could have, so he must be scum. I think his silence kind of settles that matter.

To add, if Azarius really is the town watcher then he should know who really killed Rowain.
Ichabod has to be a bad guy because he is a self-confessed SK.
TT or Q has to be a bad guy, I think it's TT.
Azarius almost has to be a bad guy, but if he's been physically unable to post then he could be the town watcher.
If you know what I mean.

Ok, so I can see the argument on the above we have:
Bad Guy 1 - Ichabod
Bad Guy 2 - Q or TT
Bad Guy 3 - Azarius or Jowy (if Azarius is town Jowy lied)
Does having bad guy 4 leave the game balanced?
We have 5 bad out of 17 atm, 6 bad out of 17 brings us to 1/3.
Hence I think we still have bad guy 4 to find

Killing Ichabod removes a night kill
Killing Q or TT tells us about Q or TT
Killing Az or Jowy tells us about Az, Jowy & Possibly Meiz & TT
Hence I don't think TT is the kill tonight, I think the choice of Az or Ichabod depends if you value more info over no chance of ichabod backstabbing. I go with info still i think

If we believe Jabbz and Q to be town, then there's almost certainly a strongman as well as a roleblocker on the mafia team. The alternative would be Jabbz getting roleblocked on N1. So unless TT flips as a mafia roleblocker there must be a 4th bad guy.

I'm the Tracker. I tracked Rowain to Meiz N1, and Rowain called Meiz town the next day, so Meiz is confirmed by Rowain copping him as town.
I tracked Azarius to Rowain N2. I was already sure of it by play that Azarius killed him, but after Jabbz claimed Doctor, there was no longer any town role that Azarius could have had to visit Rowain, so Azarius is confirmed scum. Well, there is one role, which is the Watcher. I'll get to that next.
I'm operating under the assumption that TT is indeed the town Watcher, albeit a very stubborn one. We should lynch Ichabod today (sorry bud!). There should only be one night kill the next night and also every night following that. We should lynch Azarius the next day. If he does flip town Watcher, which I would be very surprised about, then TT is scum. But Azarius will probably flip as Mafia Strongman.
