Yes, in terms of availability, Spiral there, I meant will we have the peace of mind to build it when we prepare for oversea offensive war and face possibility of being attacked at home from superior technology armed enemy.
As for dtay's central front city, I would want to raze it so badly, but we most probably wont be able with his 13 catapults and 10 knights counter-stacks hidden just behind the city. Plus his ability to upgrade defenders to rifles.
Can you play the turn or at least pause, as I am not sure I will be back home to play it in 4 hours please?

Building it with just 1 city is not really big deal. It is definitely worth to build it.

Played the turn; didn't see anything complicated, but left a lot of Workers unmoved. Next turn is the last of the GA.

Thanks for playing the turn Dreylin. I play that late these few last turns as I am waiting for REM/Adrien to play because of a turn order. When I saw REM played their turn last night I saw it is paused for Donovan and he wont be playing any soon, so I decided to not go right after REM to give him hint it is him we were waiting for.
And yeah, we are out of land to develop with our workers, due to both them being overly productive and our land being really tiny Hopefully this will change really soon.

So why are we playing after REM; is it just war planning?
When does the war kick off, what's the attack plan?

So I landed 10 knights and 2 trebuchets near 2 of REM's colonial cities in the Middle Earth.
One city I took with 2 knights lost, the other I decided to postpone, as German Joey out of a sudden had landed there 7-8 units too from galleons. There were 2 LBs and 2 pikes behind 40% culture defense against our 4 knights and 2 trebs. I decided to not try to attack, but bombard instead. Joey had the army to possibly try and take the city himself with heavy loses, but we could not had held it against him anyway even if we were lucky enough to take it this turn, so it was more a matter of his good will do we take this city or not. He had sent us some trade proposal which I could not decifer - he was proposed pigs, iron, horses and something else more in exchange for our all 2000 gold cash. I declined this and proposed him iron for iron instead. Someone ( lurkers?) helping with decoding the meaning of this? Are those semi- diplo at all allowed? I remember there was a discussion about it. Lucky for us, he decided to go after the central city of Maracana with his army and leave us the second city.
I took it with minimal lose of 1 knight. Reinforcements are sailing, but I think we must concentrate on the REM/AI mainland instead.
Dtay is fighting Furungy in his far west in the seas. He have his defenses thinned out. Maybe it is now the time to tech rifling, upgrade 30 knights to cavs and 20 muskets to rifles and raze this annoying front city of his at last?
I need some input from you guys - we can start Oxford next turn at last. Our best commerce city is Bodmin with 120 commerce, but he have low low production capabilities and will take him 14 turns to actually build OU. On the other hand, our MOAI city can have the OU in 6-7 turns and have 100 commerce. Is it worth to build it in the lower commerce city if we will have it earlier (i.e. can use its benefit 7-8 turns more), but most important, we can tech efficiently far more earlier and I feel we will need those beakers sooner than later.
In foreign news, Commodore signed peace with HAK (??), then Comm declared war to Plako, nexst turn Plako gets a GG and then they sign peace with Commodore. Does this means Plako beat Comm and he give up, or there was some minor battles, Plako gets an expected soon GG and then Comm offers good peace to Plako so he can turn against Dtay in the meanwhile? Or it's just fantasy?

Hmmm, so we're forming some sort of uneasy border with GJ in a couple of places then; doesn't sound ideal.
What's the potential to grow the commerce further at either of those spots? Do we have Feitoria's online at either location? I'm guessing that a bigger chunk of the commerce at the Moai city is coming from the coast verses Bodmin, so it would take a bigger hit when we have to obsolete The Colossus ... probably has me leaning towards the slower build at Bodmin right now.

Yes, we could not have the south Middle Earth all by ourselves. We will have also a border with Gavagai there. But I feel it will be our most safe border with Joey. We were together against REM?AI for too long. You know - war comrades, etc. This is just assumption of course. He might just decide he want the lion's part. If Dtay goes through Furungy, he will be bordering Joey's east border. This gives me good hopes for us and Joey pressing on Dtay maybe at some point.
