[spoilers] The what goes where?

T194 ... 6 turns to go. I am 5-ish turns from rifles. Krill has moved via land against my capital. He will be ready to take it T197.

I sent the following to Krill / Novice. What do you think? Ok? Not?

Quote:Guys,

Going first is a drag with regards to micro managing my city / tile usage. Are you ok with me logging in after you have finished your turn as long as I only do the following:
- change city tile allocations
- change science percentage
- change city builds but only to beakers / coins

I will not whip, move any units or do anything not listed above. I may take some screenshots.

Cheers,

Ruff

I think the communication is ok, but they will probably say no. Why is doing those things second any better?

If you use the governor for your cities (with the hammer/food/commerce leanings in the second row of.that cluster of buttons) then their moves shouldnt matter too much...

I'm running some cities on coin to maximize my beaker output. I am about to lose my capital (biggest becker output city) and I want to run max science while I still have it.

Krill / Novice moved their slow moving stack up against my capital. They also moved in 19 knights. That makes 50 units (ignoring cannons).

I turned on stack attack and hit it with my cats, knights, etc, etc.

I got 2 GGs and Krill / Novice got 1. Funny story there - I didn't know that attaching a GG to a horse archer and then upgrading it to a knight consumed its movement points. That left it just outside my capital (instead of 3+ tiles away). It was going to get killed ... so I deleted it.

Gets a GG and loses it within 2 minutes. Is that a record?

I won a couple of battles ... the knights with movement points left escaped ... all other units got deleted.

At the beginning of my turn, my strength was 968k. At the end ... 597k. The strongest civ went from 2774k, at the end ...2611k. The average dropped by 163k too ... so Krill / Novice was the strongest ... and they remain the strongest.

BTW - BGN is moving some cossacks into my territory ... and also asking me for wheat and crabs (for free). What is that about.

Wow, losing 350k power is devastating. Did you get enough kills to be happy with the result?

Yes and No. It was either throw those forces into the mix or retreat, retreat, retreat. From here it will be a scramble to avoid a rout.

Rifling in 2 (assuming no more city losses). Lots of muskets (1) being delayed in my cities.

BGN offered OBs about 6 or 7 turns ago. He threw into the mix a whole bunch of resources ... some that I already had.
Two turns ago he offered fish and wheat. I have been puzzling on the meaning of this ... maybe he wanted to feed the 5000 with 5 loaves of bread and 7 fish.
Last turn he offered a single wheat. Is this a count-down to something happening next turn? He has been taking his turn after Krill / Novice for the last few turns. He also has a bunch of cavalry in my territory.

BGN wiped out a threatening stack of Krill / Novice units near one of my doomed cities. That gave me 1 more turn of production from it. Rifling finishes next then. 8 cities will produce Minutemen - American's UU. Woot - looks like I will survive to T200 and my UU.

Instructions for T198.

Celebrate that we are another turn closer to T200! Rifling should have finished with the turn roll and all of the muskets due to finish should have finished as Minuteman.

Celebrate that America has achieved the ability to produce both its UB and its UU.

There are two warriors that need moving. One is in Cambridge and should retake Lynn (according to the pic I saw near the end of T197, Lynn and Boston were empty fo enemy troops).

The other warrior that needs moving is in the city south west of Cambridge - the warrior should be able to retake Boston. I wouldn't bother moving units back into the city to hold them.

Turn tech to 0%. Please select a new tech ... I have no opinion. You are free to choice.

Builds in all cities should be maintain ... but that leaves a bunch of cities that just finished Minutemen. I think another round of minute men is in order.

Workers ... I only have 7 (I think). They are in bunches of 3-ish and should be used to chop forests. The city south east of Boston / south west of Cambridge has 1 forest that should be chopped. The silver city south of that has plenty of forests to chop ... but they need 4 workers.

Any questions - either answer them yourself as you see fit ... or post here. I will have access to the forums.
