Little short of time atm but two quick questions.
Dtay is trying hard, is this his first game?
AdrienIer has a whiff of the new wolfs to him, has he rolled scum previously?
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

Dtay joined our village last game, where he made a lot of meta and maths points in such style before being mislynched by a panicking town.
Adrien was town last game, I'm not sure if he'd played before that.

Never rolled scum yet, but when I'll eventually do my first wolf game my first post in the wolf thread will be to ask for advice, in order to stay low and not to attract attention

But you went and rerolled and posted the rerolled result immediatly

Brick's "defensive" post was I think just an attempt at humor in an apparently too serious ww community
BRick has used "A scum would never do that" with great success when he claimed a clear anti-town-power and managed to get 3 night-kill-immune villagers lynched by town before.
But maybe you are town - scum defending townies has happened before and is usual a very nice play for scum. They get a townfriend that way and defending a townie is far easier for scum than attacking because they know who is innocent or not.
In short I currently find BRick more scummy than you (or any other).

Perhaps it lies within Mr Brick, who has denounced as silly any votes for Adrien over his jokey opening posts, when there is nothing else yet to base votes on except jokey opening posts.
But then the question arises my dear Glum, is this an opening jokey post or a serious accusation itself?

Also if people listen to him remember my good wolf games are a result of lunacy and luck rather than me actually having any skill.
That sounds a bit overly defensive too me. Additional scumpoints for the defend AdrienIer post
Honestly it was a combination a joke and a bit defensive. My first game here in itself was a rousing success, in that I had a stellar wolf game. But it's been a curse triple ever since then, because not only does it seem to predispose people towards thinking of me as scum, but it also means when I play, I always feel like a wolf in coming up with justifications for what I do (which people see as scum), and on top of that, I get insanely paranoid and defensive whenever anyone accuses me of anything.
So I was still kinda joking, while also cognizant that if people did follow dtay's idea, I'd logically be the first to be killed. And I'm tired of all my villager games resulting in me lynched or nightkilled by day 2.

Eh, the post about you wasn't really humor either. I was responding to these posts in general:

Because at that point, people were seriously (at least those above seem serious) accusing you for using random.org for an opening joke post/having that post be yourself. So I called them out because they turned the jokey phase serious in what I felt was a non-town manner, by trying to hold your joke vote to a different standard from the rest for a bad reason.

So if I was scum, I'd think it trivial to then try that WIFOM before we've even truly left the joke phase? You mention that first game, but most all the games I've played in since then, I'm under intense scrutiny and am either caught as wolf or mislynched early because people have that predisposition against me. So thanks for bringing it up right off the bat, I always enjoy defending myself against what I did 20 games ago.

Why do you think that evening up the vote count with over half of day 1 left will get better tells? Other than getting lucky with a wolf flipping out ridiculously early, I don't see how that's going to help.

Aaaaaaaaand this is why I don't enjoy information-less Day 1s. :rolleye:
