This is on T110, so I have a feeling it doesn't go away. I'll have to experiment further to see how many space ship parts are actually required to determine if this is a display bug or a hard core nerf on a science win.

I have found the problem to be CIV4GameTextInfos.xml. It has TXT_KEY_VICTORY_SCREEN_BUILDING of old format.

[EDIT]
Maybe it would be better to create a new file CIV4GameText_SMEG.xml and put all the changed text there.
