We can try reloading and waiting another turn before summoning him. I can tell you that he appeared and talked to me but I couldn't see any units. I assume they are within range somehow. I also don't know if the ai insists on taking a turn before the player.

Also, you need a great prophet not a great sage you Priest Hater!

You could also try opening the save in direct ip mode and see if it makes a difference.

I guess if T-Hawk is the only one who knows how to deal with these (and has the experience from previous games, so I heard), we really should ask his help then. I wonder if fixing the issue will be very time consuming for T-Hawk or whether it's just something relatively simple. I'm afraid it's not the latter :/.

I really doubt reloading and waiting a turn will change things. I'll contact T-Hawk.

I don't think it's fixed but I'll happily redo any saves.

I'm not sure I understand what's going on right now.

Is this the story?

Qg wants to switch to Hyborem, but cannot because of a bug. However, Qg is able to pass on a save where he doesn't switch to Hyborem, and has done so.

If so, I'm inclined to hold off until we hear back from T-Hawk or try out some other solutions to the problem. Qg should be able to switch to Hyborem if he wants to (especially if it's been his gameplan from the beginning), and it's late enough in the game that replaying a turn takes me about an hour.

Ummh, I've already played the latest turn almost to point where I'd end it. If we do replay previous turns some things could change (like the results from popping lairs I believe?).

Anyway, why would Q pass the save to Kragroth if he wanted to wait?

Try playing a round of turns and seeing if you get the switch prompt on your next turn. IIRC it might get delayed by a turn in PBEMs.

I sent on a turn to Kragroth after saying no to the popup (my second time playing) to see if a Hyborem save would appear later in the turn order. After sending it, I realised that I was Las in turn order so Hyborem would've come up after me if he was going to.

So I recommend not playing, as I really doubt it will help.
