Yes, you were. You can't break the law just because you don't like what somebody else is doing.

Not sending a save when I received it at nearly 10 at night on a weekday (and have work the next morning) is not "disappearing". Once again, you are exaggerating to try and justify yourselves.

You aren't the only contributor to the awful pace, but you've been the worst one. In my experience, it tends to be contagious. Once one player stops being considerate of PYFT, it gradually spreads to others. Now that the webpage is up, it's easier for everyone to monitor and nothing has changed.
I admit that I have been the worst contributor to the delays. But you're minimizing everyone else's role, which has been far greater than you think...

You have zero ability to determine whether copies of it still exist somewhere. There's just no realistic way to determine the veracity if any of us claim we've deleted it. You shouldn't have used such an important password for a pbem in the first place, it's quite common for people to share their passwords after the game so that others can see the "other side" of whatever action was happening.
My lurker threads provided all the information anybody ever could have needed after-the-fact. I had no intention of *ever* sharing that password...
I used that password for a lot of things, and the risk of my forgetting to change it for one of the more important ones I use it for less often is just to great. I *will* be systematically changing the password- but I *ALSO* want you guys to delete any traces of that password you have.

I will be changing it anywhere I can remember to. You also need to delete it just in case I miss one important use of that password (I openly admit I'm not the most organized person when it comes to keeping a list of all my passwords...) I used it for far more things than I should have...

That password was used for much more important things than other forums. Once again, you're acting in a completely rude and arrogant manner, Bob. You're better than that- stop being so callous.
There's a reason I withdrew from my duel with you Bob- and it wasn't because I thought I was going to lose- it was because I didn't want to put up with any more of your arrogant, bullying, rude behavior. It's toxic, and I want nothing to do with it. And once again- I know you're better than that...
You have zero ability to verify deletion. Nobody had any idea that your particular md5 hash was important in any way.
There are two possibilities here.
1) Nobody who has access to your password or hash has any ability or motivation to discover the other places that this password may be used. Whether they delete it or not, nothing happens.
2) Someone is a malicious hacker. They have the key but no idea what or where the keyhole is, or even that it existed. You're currently doing your best to give hints to publicize it.

You spent all this time arguing when you could have just played the save. This literally says it all. I have no idea what your reasons for delay are; it really doesn't matter; I already gave you a method to text to emails.

I already played the save, and sent it last night before posting anything...
Oh, wait- it doesn't seem to have sent properly last night. I'll re-send it now. I forgot to change the password on the save before sending it anyways... (which means I ought to quickly replay the save exactly as before and change the password)
Your arrogant assumptions about me are, once again, unfounded. I hit the "Send" button on the save last night (I have no idea why it failed to do so- I probably should have double checked it...)
I haven't had time to configure the text-to-email stuff yet. I've been working two jobs- which is also the reason I couldn't send the save until around midnight last night... (and apparently it failed to send anyways) and had no option to play the save when you sent it to me after my play-window on Wednesday...

What *is* your play window btw? B/c mine is around 7 pm - 9 pm and yet I tend to get the save around 2 am usually .. ?
Well, I don't know much about all this password nonsense but I'm glad everything turned out okay.
And, ultimately, Congratulations everybody! for the first time in months I got 2 turns in 2 days. Good job! Seriously, I know how hard scheduling is and I myself have messed it up a bit but hopefully from now on we can get at least several turns in per week. Lets keep it up!

How exactly did you receive 2 saves in 2 days? I sent out the save out Saturday at 4:11 PM after it failed to send out Friday night for some reason...
I got the save at 5:38 AM this morning. Obviously I couldn't play it until this evening- and it would not be reasonable to expect that.
At 7 PM you posted this message. It would NOT be reasonable to skip me at just before 10 PM given that I often can't play until around 10-11 PM about half the time, and you guys know this... (speaking of which, with my new work schedule, I'm going to have to move my play window later in the night- to 9:30 PM - 11 PM Central Time...)
I am going to be sending out the Turn 21 save momentarily. This is during what should now be my official play window, and any saves from skipping my turn should be ignored (given I received the save this morning and am not sending it on outside what will be my play window from now on...)
*This* should be the 2nd turn in 2 days- I'm not sure what you meant before... Did you receive a Turn 22 save played by Old Lion?
