Jowy, thanks for the sshot. Landscape looks fine, I'd suggest going SW once more.

Re: IW -- I don't think it's worth just for the jungle chop, but if there's no copper we could add IW to the queue: Mining-BW-AH-Wheel-Pottery-IW. Otherwise, I think we'd want writing. With the rapid expansion we should play, we may try to run a specialist economy for a bit.

How about going SW-W on that forested plains hill? Is that a flood plains there? Not a whole lot of food so far.

I considered that possibility though I'm still incllined to go SE, SE. You are correct though, it is a Flood Plains with atleast one other I can see through tile bleeding. RE: Food. Lets keep in mind it is only turn 3 lol!

Even though it's only turn 3 we uncovered quite a bit of land and only found 1 food, so it's not exactly a food rich map smile We'll take whatever comes anyway.

Re: SE-SE -- any specific reason? Just curious. I don't mind and Nakor/Jowy also agreed so we can go there. I thought to go on hills to uncover the maximum amount of land.

Main reason is just a gut feeling. However it also defogs territory for what might be an immediate 2nd city site. Heading W/SW is also good and will get more visibility however most of tiles it will reveal probably won't be a 2nd city spot. That's my reasoning behind it atleast...

Gut feeling is not exactly the strongest argument out there lol but the 1st vs. 2nd city site is a good one smile So let's go SE-SE!
