I recall there being some way to edit the BTS shortcut to automatically load a mod and connect to a pitboss. How do I do that?

In the "Target" of the shortcut I have:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Civ4BeyondSword.exe" mod="RtR Mod 2.0.7.6"

(including the quote marks)
