All you do is click in the same spot over and over again as fast as you can. Why would anyone in the world play such a game longer than 10 minutes? shakehead

But then you get upgrades that click for you! And upgrades that click faster or make clicks worth more! F5

Don't underestimate the addictive quality of raw 'making numbers go up' achievement games for some people.

An ideal strategy game would tone down efficiency challenges, while promoting choices and conflicts

This sentence eminds me of Progress Quest. Strips away all the grinding common to normal RPGs.

Playing quite a bit of Kerbal Space Program currently ... but it seems that i have a tendency to overbuild my ships so it takes way to much to get into Kerbins Orbit that i don't have enough fuel to go any fun places

As i can't play EU4 quite yet with a patch comming tomorrow (and havn't been willing to start something the last week and some, as i wouldn't be able to finish in time), that'll what it is

I want to believe that it isn't a coincidence that my last final of the term is tomorrow smile

Finished Witcher 3 a few days ago- absolutely phenomenal. It was close to being exactly what I wanted, the Witcher 2 experience married to the open-world exploration of something like Skyrim. It was kind of odd that there weren't many opportunities for Geralt to be an open proponent of non-human rights, considering that I had that issue drive his moral calculus for much of the previous games, but 3's narrative certainly stood on its own merits.

Probably going to start Grim Fandango next for a change of pace, although I couldn't resist purchasing Pillars of Eternity last night.

Is anyone playing Rocket League? It's like football with cars. I am somewhat surprised to see this topping the Steam charts, but it does feature an optional 4 player splitscreen mode which should be a lot of fun for local coop.
