I'm having trouble connecting, timing out on "connecting to host"

Not sure why this is happening (started last night), if it's a server problem or local problem, though fwiw still getting it when i hotspot off my phone.

Check the global server thread. Server is being rebooted, windows updates installed. Should be back up in an hour or two.

Still starting games, but PB18 is back up if you want to take your turn.

Do I need to play/end turn again? The tracker says I haven't.

I would trust the tracker...I tried to find the latest save, but I can look again.

TBS, I just logged in as the lurker to check and can confirm that in-game your turn is indeed not ended. So hopefully you don't actually have to replay your whole turn.

It looks like PB18 doesn't have the start/end turn saves that the newer versions of the mod do, so I restored to the most recent "recovery" save, which was probably when TBS logged in.
