I guess FinHarry and BGN realised it was the last turn too, because they sent their units on some suicide missions. Fun turn for me.

Here's the stack of commandos 1SE of Fort Tahn. 2 more commando infantry 1NE of that. These units had eaten about 30 of my junk road-blocks.




A pair of tanks dealt with the isolated infantry, then after losing a mere 3 Arty, I was getting 90+ odds.




I lost a further Tank and Infantry and then two spears trying to get some Spear vs Tank victories on the last guy:




But the game rebelled against such ideas and my last spear died. Then there was this big stack of Amphib infantry to deal with:




Just 4 artillery later and they now looked like this:




Yeah, Artillery are brutal. I lost 2 further infantry finishing the stack off.

Finally I had these stacks of CG infantry to clear out of Sablestone and Glamdrol:




Once again I turned to my artillery, promoting them to CR3. Sablestone was flawlessly recaptured but I lost an arty and a tank retaking Glamdrol.

And then there were no more kids left on my lawn.

All of that was completely irrelevant of course.

Basilisk was bombed Legendary:





While 1 artist was used for Elensefar, which will hit 50k on the turn roll:



And finally, Weldyn also drags itself over the line:



My only worry really was BGN's jet fighters destroying some of the villages and delaying Weldyn by a turn.

Seriously, seriously impressive! You had so many struggles this game... by my count, you had to defend against eight *different* players invading you throughout the course of the game? (me, Hashoosh/Furungy (twice), dazed/mackoti, xenu, dtay, OH+FT, Gavagai, BGN) Plus lost your first legendary... and *still* won? A really, really, amazing game!

Clarification, I didn't really invade him. He built a city too close to my capital and we fought until he rebuilt it in a non threatening location. Ergo, he started it.

GG, though I'd have liked to see you not use Joey's artist. Good job recovering from the loss of Frontline.
