[PB22 Spoiler] Joey and Borsche puke on the funny pages

Ah, because you said to slow down an opponent and proposed units trades to be banned, I decided you are not OK with Gavagai's trades. Had no follow pb18.

Um. Guided missiles have always been moved via rebase mechanics. They have always been loadable onto subs. And they've always had 4 range.

The only changes I made to them were cost (lowered from 60 to 50) and they collateral 2 units now. That's it.

Yes, and I had no idea rebase-range was different than actual-range. The only missiles I'd ever built in a civ4 game were ICBMS and then only in a handful of occasions. The unit says "range of 4" and shows a hatched overlay with a range of 4 when you click on rebase, so I assumed that one can only rebase in cities in the overlay, not all the way across the map. So, I would rebase 4 tiles at a time, and therefore only had 17 missiles to hit Gavagai in the big battle, not 50 or whatever...

Funny. Yeah banning all unit trades is probably necessary...

Was GJ at all building a SS?

Also the nukes you made in this mod are just bleh... Artillery is more efficient in hammer per damage I think, besides they do not collateral MGs.

I was building an SS, I just had no competitive timing compared to Gavagai or Gawdzak because I rebuilt my military instead of wealth. I expected to launch in 11 turns.

But you're aware that planes also have a rebase range that's far greater than their action radius, right?
