Ok, so my reasoning here, is to sell away my armies, let Donovan fight Gavagai, let HAK fight Commodore, and tech peacefully (if possible). I might still go Nationhood just to draft some muskets to help deal with potential Commodore activity. But I'm uncertain how far he is willing to push with Donovan and HAK nearby.
