I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

The reason Nakor won't turn on Dantski is because he has already agreed with Whosit to fight us, and he fears the Praetorians on his border.
Sulla thinks I'm paranoid.

I finished our turn... it ran down to 90 minutes left (unintentionally, we weren't deliberately trying to waste clock) before I could get time to log in. I'm not tracking the foreign builds anymore - too much work! - and god knows when the Soldier count will get sorted out, but I'll keep tracking population and techs, because those are pretty easy to do.
The best news on the horizon is that we will finish Construction in 4 more turns; even with some pillaging, that shouldn't drop any further. Turn 108, for those of you reading along. Looks like our plan of action will be:
1) Let our cities grow and turtle our forces while healing for 3-4 turns.
2) Discover Construction, whip out cats in every city.
3) Smash any stacks in our territory with cats, and mop up the remainder.
4) Pray that someone signs peace with us, and that Whosit isn't bringing his stack of 8-10 Praetorians after us.
Easy stuff!

Just to have an idea of your army right now. How many HA are still alive and how healthy?
(and how long do you think until you could reconnect your horse)

Late notice, but if anyone is around and looking to play some Civ, I'll be hosting a MP game for RBers tonight at 8:00pm EST. Any and all or no experience welcome.
Here for info.

It would be exceptionally foolish of me to pull out now. If you are indeed capable of removing my stack(s), then why would I want you to send those units to take Greek cities and pull ahead further? Given what has happened I would be an obvious target for aggression later so letting up is not going to happen.
Nice try though I believe we will be playing the remainder of this game as Always War.

Well, Dantski made a serious blunder, but I'm not sure we are going to be able to take advantage of it because I made a huge mistake last turn.
You can't split your stacks like this. It leaves them completely open to being picked off by our units, most of which are on the silk tile.
Unfortunately, I made a blunder last turn and didn't move our workers close enough. Our units are stuck behind the hill with the red dot, and there is only 1 worker with them. We have 2 workers that are SE-SE, but they would need a road on the hill NW of them (N of Antietam) to get there. There are 4 workers NW of Chancellorsville, but they can't get down there either. During heavy battle, it is smart to keep workers with your units, to give you more flexibility. I blew it here.
We have a lot of different options, and will be able to kill some units, but we probably can't make a crippling blow this turn. But this is the 2nd time he has split his stack, so hopefully he'll do it again one more time, and we'll be in a position to capitalize.

I was going to post here that Speaker should go ahead and play the turn, because I'll be out for the rest of the day. But now I see Jowy has missed his turn - again - and it looks like we're going to have to reload. So... I guess we can't do anything for the moment.
Also, Nakor hasn't declared war on us yet, so that's some minor positive news. Maybe DMOC is finally sticking up for himself and letting Nakor know that this isn't the "do whatever helps Jowy" show!
