I'd rank BTS traits:
FIN > EXP > ORG > CRE = SPI = PHI > IND > AGG = CHA > PRO
CRE isn't higher because I think good dotmapping can overcome a lot of the issues CRE solves and then you get another whole trait. Obviously map-dependent, so I was tempted by CRE here...
So REM's FIN/PRO I'd rate slightly worse than my PHI/ORG even before considering that Germany is rubbish.
Molach's AGG/IND would be dead last except that AGG Mongolia has the Keshiks-taking-someone-else's-land wonder built in.
Ipecac's CHA/ORG could jump a place or two if there is a lack of happy and especially if he can get Stonehenge, but with a regular RB map and if he has to build monuments its pretty awful.
Which just leaves IND/CRE/Dutch Gavagai - I've never played either IND or CRE competitively so could be convinced to change my mind - I think ORG beats CRE and IND beats CHA by a slightly larger amount, but by the time Gavagai's UU or UB come into play he's either going to be in contention or not, whereas the Totem Pole will be (slightly) useful from the start...
I don't think there is a lot between numbers 5-10 though, which is why I think Gav is still in with a shout here.
