[Spoiler] Kill the Nobles! Sianic Revolutions

3rd and last turn today (my mail client made the notice just as i was about to shut down for the night), decided to go warrior, as by the time its built i'm at the point where I'm going to build a Settler and another Worker, and prehaps repeat once or twice to get some early cities out.

Starting to get a good look around my capital, and are starting to consider where my first city should be placed (btw, considering going all the way to pop4 before going Settlerspam), and I'm wondering if i shouldn't place it within reach of the Pig SW of Antoniette, as so it can borrow that one early on... Maybe the PH north of the horses, having Sheeps for later on? Maybe West (or 2 west) of the rice with an early game duty of maturing cottages?

... think i need to get view beyond the sheep to be able to tell which one would be better, but those two is my initial opinions

Bronze working in ... haven't discovered any Copper as of yet

don't mind the signs to much as i'm still very much in the process of figuring out where the actual best place is ... It should certainly be within reach of taking over one of the Capitals Pigs

Met Bob...

And GingerEagle leapfrogged me on score at the turn-rollover, because of him being Creative, hence getting points for his first borderpop earlier

Found copper (wee bit to far away for placing my first city), and revolted to Slavery while my Settler is moving. Mysticism is done next turn so i can start building a monument (to be whiped) right off the bat in my second city... meanwhile, my capital is building at least 1, probably 2 workers so it can get moving along.

After Mysticism, i'm probably going Wheel->Pottery for roads connecting my cities, early cottages around my capital and Granaries as second build (or first if borderpoping aren't critical) order in most cities.

Bob decided to test my awareness... I'm aware alright, decided that my warrior should shift towards the new city, and building another one from the overflow in Marie Antoinette, and it got there just in time

Being extremely harrassed here... First Bob keeps his Warrior around and goes in pillaging my tiles, and then Khan decides to snipe my third settler ...

At least i managed to whip a Immortal to chase out Bobs Warrior ...

And even accounting for those losses i actually think i'm still reasonbly well off given my strong start, as i can quickly reroute my workers into repairing the stuff and speed grow my capital recuping the loss

When I'm done with Mathematics (going go grab Hanging Gardens as well), I'm torn on if Calendar or Currency be of higher worth ... Currency lets me build Wealth and give me 6 Commence (one per city), while Calender gives me one instant happy (from sugar underneath my capital), while i have easy access to Incense, Dye, Spices, Silk (nearly blocked off by Vidkun Quisling and Elena Ceausescu) and Bananas ... and a early shot at grabbing Mausuleum together with the Marble to the north of me.

Thinking about it, even though Currency is most often the tech that you tend to limp to, I'm getting more and more certain that calender is the much stronger pick due to my access to its resources
