RPB3 SPOILERS Bismarck of India (regoarrarr, darrelljs, sooooo, sunrise089)

I was chatting with Krill...we have Horse 3 tiles SW of our capital.

Uh, and I let him invade us...hope you guys don't mind. He's dodging a Lion. We have a 20 turn NAP with him. He's going to send us a screenshot in return, I say we give him one as well to keep on his good side.

Logging in and looking, that Horse is a key piece of info. That's a decent Pig/Corn/Horse site. The Pig/Horse/4 FP is much better IMO.

Here is Krill's map:

Okay I have marked the horses and the approximate location of Dantski's capital with signs in-game.

Does this make us want to change our 2nd city locaiton? Or just make that a quick 3rd city?

Dantski is about 11 tiles SW from Ladies Night, and we know he already has a 2nd city. I assume Krill's pic is his capital since he wouldn't have had a 2nd city up and running by the time Krill's unit came by

Quote:HA! Well, I guess a more accurate statement would be that someone other than Krill is looking to mess with people's minds. I would say that Krill is ALWAYS looking to mess with people's minds.

Thanks for the info. F4: Yeah - no line, no meeting. Don't even need to click on their heads.

Note he has a warrior to our east. I assume Krill is heading north? If so, we should alert Ruff to head around north

Several short emails from HRE

Quote:Congrats on the recent feat of your mighty warrior!

Hernan is currently about 5 tiles SW from your capital. How soon would Ruff's unit be able to get to your Ladies Night?

Quote:Hi guys, sorry for the short reply. Your offer to arrange a mini-summit is much appreciated. We wanted to leverage our crappy scout start into maximum early contacts & you're helping us out so it's duly noted. We'll begin moving our scout back towards your capital, approaching from the SW. ETA T35 to be back on your borders, assuming he doesn't run into barbs.

Our diplo's been slightly patchy the last couple of days as I am pretty literally on the other side of the world to where I live, but should resume normal service Wednesday.

Krill's Warrior is going straight SE through our land to avoid a lion.

I think Horse is quick second and Stone is quick third, then we grow vertical a bit. Copper is a production city, and the other two should be commerce cities.

Good news about the horse placement. I support sending the current settler to the horse spot. Pigs are a fantastic tile and if we can cottage those flood plains asap we're in good shape. I assume we settle 1N of the pigs?

So I think we delay archery. I suppose we go AH -> wheel next.

Agreed, 1N of the Pigs is our best spot overall, but do we want Copper first? I understood sunrise was eager to get our defenses up smile. More images from Krill, I am going to do a composite with our lands tonight or tomorrow:

If we do think Chariots are good enough, then the tech path alteration sooooo proposes is spot on, and I would follow it with Pottery to leverage our floodplains.
