That's what I thought. Then I saw dtay invested a lot of EPs in me... Man, I can't read dtay at all. I guess what explains this is that he chose his EP distribution before I accepted his corn/corn deal. I don't know...

I have 22 cities (I'll still capture another one from Molach + have space for some fillers that I'm not sure are worth settling right now). dtay has 23, IIRC. Adrien has 20.

Speaking of Adrien, his army (that I can see) consists of mostly HAs, swords and cats. I don't think he has knights. But with 20 cities and cats, attacking him won't be easy at all. As usual, I'm really struggling when figuring out what to do when the plans/objectives aren't obvious. I need to decide if I want to attack him or not and start planning accordingly, figuring out if it's better to start now or go for Cuirs, stuff like that.

So, things I need to do:

*Scout Adrien (I have units doing this right now)
*Figure out if a GA to get Cuirs is a good deal -> How to get those GPs?
*How to improve my new cities, considering short term objectives (conquer Adrien) and long term ones (economy not dying).
*If I'm getting a GA, I need to think about civic swaps. How can I make use of the next one to get better civics?
*How all-in do I have to go in this Adrien attack? Slave my whole empire? Slow-build the units?

It seems Adrien declared war on boak...

Sorry, Adrien, but I'll probably have to take this oportunity.

Man, boak got punched hard. And by "minor" powers, no less (well, Gavagai is also in there). It's nice to see that people are not afraid of the big powers. And it's nice to see that you can actually do things even without naval power, due to the cool map design.

This game is incredibly interesting, judging by civstats and graphs. Taotao took a big beating; dtay went for astronomy and is colonizing islands pretty fast (that's how he keeps settling cities); everyone is at war all the time... I'm looking forward to read the threads later.

I'm still undecided about where to go next. Not sure if Adrien will get any sort of revenge from Boak and I'm not completely sure about how much he has commited, perhaps it was just a border city snipe. I'll start amassing my troops somewhere, I guess, they are pretty scattered right now. And I need more siege... The bad part is that my core is pretty far from Adrien, so getting slow movers there takes quite a bit.

I should be ruthless and gear my newly conquered land to a lot of hammers and start pumping and whipping units. But I'm soft and I like seeing cities grow and get 2 more commerce from a coastal tile...

Can you post a power graph?

Of course, I'll do it when I get home.

I had some more graphs, but they are dead, they are all dead!

From who I know, I'm only missing Barteq's graphs, and I think I'll get them quickly.

I think I need to wait until Cuirs before attacking Adrien. I'm not even sure he has knights, so he must be far from better units. And he's currently in a hot war, far away from our borders. For a decisive conquest, I think I need Cuirs + boak realy going after Adrien (which is not happening right now, it seems). If I go with what I have now, perhaps I can take his Cap...

Need to think more.
