Ok, preliminarily, I'd say keep working the sheep. Switching to the mines gets everything completed in the same amount of time and everything. The overflows are slightly different though. What it comes down to is we would give up four beakers of overflow into the Wheel for two extra hammers in the capital. Considering our major constraint here seems to be teching to pottery, I am going to say stay with the tile configuration the way it is.
I'm not going to bother testing binary yet, as doing binary when we only have part of a tech left seems kinda strange. I will however test binary for researching the wheel and pottery.
Here is the micro plan up until we get AH in:
T36: Settler moves NW-NE. Warren Farms (1t) [burning a turn, we can't farm until the city is settled, which takes an extra turn to climb the hill]. Bill chops.
T37: Settler Moves N. Warren moves NW-N.
T38: Utica founded. Works grassland rice, builds warrior. Bill completes chop.
T39: Carthage completes Worker #3. Build set to settler. Worker #3 moves N-NW, Bill moves W-W.
T41: Bill completes chop. Worker 3 moves S.
T42: Bill joins Worker 3 1S to chop. Worker 3 chops.
T43: AH in. Tech set to wheel (due in 9 at 80%). Will go down once we work gold mine). Bill and Worker 3 complete chop. Warren completes farm. Settler done in 2, Utica to grow in 1.
I wish we had sent warren to the forest to his west instead of the grassland, so his extra worker turn could be put into a chop, but oh well. I should have planned this out earlier, so that's what I get.
Sense I have the game loaded, I will go ahead and end our turn.
