What is the 5% that should change? I've been sitting on my thumbs for too long, it's time for action.
No idea. I don't know what's in Plight, it contains a lot more information, more details and better accuracy than the original game.
A lot more than CoM's help, I believe.
Honestly at some points it felt too much information even, although I only saw it before I started modding so I might not think the same now.
Chances are all AI patches aren't related to help texts, and most diplomacy ones aren't too. For diplomacy, you only need the descriptions of treaties and personalities, and you can take those texts from CoM, the diplomacy system is pretty much identical.
So you can safely ignore all DIPL and AI files after adding treaty and personality texts.
Bug fixes, well, idk if Plight texts explain the buggy or the correct behavior. If the former, you'll have a lot of work to do since over a hundred bugs were fixed.
FEAT files are much more likely to contain something that did show up somewhere in help.
I really can't say much except, open the Plight help file, read through the whole thing, and if you see anything you know got changed in 1.50, update it. The patch files all explain what they do (although there are a lot of them).
If you manage to update the text (always test every change in the game, bad help entries can cause crashes!), I will include the file, sure thing.
