It was! The problem is, when a game is a nail-biter and your civ is facing its darkest days every single turn for multiple sets, then it starts to become a chore. But you can still download the latest save off of dropbox (linked above) if you want to take a shot at bringing the game to a conclusion. It's winnable, I think, but calling the path to victory a "slog" doesn't really do situation justice.
