I switched Chickens to a Frigate to get some hammers into it thinking we could 2-pop whip it and overflow into the Galleon; perhaps we slot a Worker in between.

We could also 1-pop whip Workers in the new cities since they probably won't have enough improved tiles off the bat and then the first growth is cheaper to fill the Granary.

Perhaps we should delay chopping the 4th Settler out of Rabbits until the next whip cycle?

It can work also, but we must really focus on providing them the fastest growth to 6.

Watermills are rather expensive and have lower prioritiy for us. Keep it in mind. The more workers the better.

REM is playing his IMP in the best way. He has planted his 9th city and we must blame Fortune that we are not his neighbors. From the other view we will start thanking Fortune for this when he goes into GA and start swarming units.

Ok the mouse is coming into the box. Please schedule to make that desert fort to throw ships into the eastern sea. We whip Frigate, build Galleon and we come, it all wont take long. While making this manuever we prepare some new settlers to fill in the space between us.

What if we buy theatre in Chameleon? we will need 40% some day for the security.

There is a Rifle in transit to Tom Brady, but nothing else in view.

Whipped the Frigate in Chameleons and the Cavalry in Goats. I also drafted Llamas; I know we'll need to wait a turn to let it regrow before whipping, but as you said with Rabbits, it's the last time it will be size 6 for a while.

For Chameleons I thought a Library rather than Theatre since it has more long-term value. Pulled one Gren back, but left the other to cover the Workers while they are chopping outside borders.

Library is not goos replacement for theatre. Library gives just 2 culture so it will take 45 turns to expand borders. Needless to say that the game will be different in 40 turns. In theatre we can put artist and make 7 or even 11 points of culture. We also need Globe theatre. And finally theatre ia 2 times cheaper.

Yeah, I knew it was wrong but I couldn't quite put my finger on why - I'd forgotten Globe.

With Gaspar's city on flat land and no units to speak of, we're not going to need any siege immediately, right? So Goats can overflow through a Spy or Missionary, maybe into a second Frigate?

OTOH, are we sure we don't want to leave Gaspar alone for now and just go after Donovan? There is probably merit in only pissing off one of our neighbours at a time - we don't want to organise our own dogpiling....

I am not sure. I am just pointing on possibilities, the decision duty is fully on you. Personally I dont think that we need to leave guys with empty cities alone. This will cost us later.

We are almost ready to full scale war, but we still plan small catious steps. Do not underestimate our potential. And in this era desperate actions cant harm us seriously.

So literally noone has anything. But it is discussable how do we turn this into some long-term advantage. What do you think?

DZ is preparing to plant city somewhere around, I doubt he is going to attack top power, anyway 4 more turns of peace we have.
