That sounds good, it really depends. And Great Spy points? But I guess we don't have to settler him this game do we? I can't find that in the rulelist(odd...).
I agree with reevaluating - its not particularly needed since we have chariots but it would be fun to snag from an industrious civ. I think we are in the animal->barb transition lull right now so I guess we'll see how bad it is in the coming turns.

It wasn't clarified. Sunrise said "Well the game only forces 1 Great Spy right, from...Fascism tech? If you end up with a Great Spy though it can still be settled for beakers and EP useful for passive espionage." and no one objected. Assuming that lets us move him around our territory solely for the purposes of settling where we want (i.e., the capital where we'll get an Academy before anywhere else). I asked in the Lurker thread of PB2 (Krill's ruling will likely match this one's), thanks to Jowy's building it.

T42
I set research to break-even at 80% (no rounding loss, thanks to the 15 commerce that we're working). On T44, we can then run 100% science through the Wheel (and the border expansion's trade routes and all of that), ending at 0g and some overflow into Pottery.
Grumpy is now pasturing the pigs, will finish on T45. Doc and Happy are off to chop their respective forests. Gulliver moved NW, there's a wolf nearby but not likely to approach Gulliver, who can go NW again and knock out those last 2 tiles near the GH Pigs site. There's a wolf, but he's no threat.
Demogs:
During the last turn, Mehmed founded his second city.
Techs discovered:
Gandhi: Mining. He did this in only 5 turns, but he probably had some gold saved from slow-teching Polytheism (to time it with City #2's founding). 16-17bpt + some overflow from Poly is possible.
Willem: Animal Husbandry. He's 2t behind us in tech, having followed a very similar tech path (BW-Agri-AH), but settled on T1.
Darius: I think it was Pottery. His capital is at size 5, so he can tech fairly quickly. 7t turn to complete, which is impressive (he researched BW in 13t, it took us 16t, and he was growing at the time there. If he has a river sheep + 4 river tiles, then that's a grand total of 17bpt: 7 from tiles, 1 from center, 8 from palace, 1 from Sid).
I count 4 warriors completed this turn.

Looks good. Agree with Gulliver NW, then probably SW the following turn. We have the old (about 14 turns) sign for the lion, hopefully it has wandered elsewhere.

Woodsman I on a forest, though, gets over 98% odds. So having the lion around wouldn't be all that terrible.

Nothing terribly interesting. Next turn, we go to 100% research to finish The Wheel in 4t.
Gulliver:
SW onto the hill, followed by SW onto flatland? There will only be 1 fogged tile (S-S of Gulliver's new position). I'm not so sure that the GH Pigs site is all that valuable.
Demogs:
Napoleon got his land points from his Buddhism-first strategy, Zara grew their capital to size 3. Pacal discovered Animal Husbandry (matching our tech route exactly, just slower: -1t to settle, a smaller capital, and an earlier 2nd city have slowed down his research). 2 more warriors built (grand total: 51 warriors among 15 opponents).

SW on to the hill for Gulliver, then we will see.
There is a big stretch of land with no visible resources between the GH pigs and the cows further east. I hope something is revealed next turn, preferably another food source. Lots of nice river tiles in that area, but minimal food with only the GH pigs and a fair amount of plains tiles. Probably our iron is in this area, otherwise that is a very poor region. Could be late game resources, of course. But for a first ring from capital this would be rather poor.
Power...we are seeing some "2 warrior" increases. Could these actually be chariots? Assuming everyone had to settle to get horses, some civs could have horses hooked up by now if they were first ring and pastured with multiple workers. We should keep the possibility in mind. And get ourselves some chariots ASAP. No contacts yet, but we do not want our first contact to involve someone capturing a worker or city with a chariot. I think we are going to want a chariot per city pretty quickly for safety.

Good point about the chariots. That means there's 102k of unit power out there, and it could include some chariots. However, people shouldn't have gotten horses in their BFC, and except for Willem, their 2nd cities have only been up for 6-7t. So I'd say "probably about 1 chariot" out there, with no real data to indicate where within 0-3 chariots.

Any signs of Spearmen or Axemen?

Spearmen:
Highly unlikely. They are 4k power, so indistinguishable from chariots on power screen (yet same cost as axemen, so indistinguishable from axemen once we get visibility of cities).
If I'm correct about Bismarck researching Hunting (I really don't know), then they could have spearmen.
Also, Mehmed could have spearmen, but they only founded city #2 on T41, so not really enough time. Napoleon has Hunting, but no BW. No one else has Hunting.
Axemen:
Axemen are 6k power. It's possible 1 was built on T42. Too many possibilities for the builder to bother counting.
