Your start sir. Only the starting city radius is firm, and pay no mind to the little green icon in the top left, the real thing will start with RBmod.

Thanks Ceil, I choose Boa. Would had been shame if I had a chance to play it and I missed it.

Boudica of India it is!

Played first turn, not excited by starting position, moved on the brown hill "2". Hope at least everyone else have such poor start smile

BTW, this is looking like perfectly natural start, which anyone could get in a random generated map. Many players are spoiled by the lush lush starts usually found in the hand-crafted maps at RB games, so this will be a change for them.

Poor Pindicator managed to raze my capitol at the price of 30 units lost before I get rid of his invasion. He could had built 2 times the wonders I had in my capitol for so many hammers. Anyway, lets hope it was a preemptive strike on his side and he have enough time before TBS gets on his back.

I hate to say that, but I HAD TOLD YOU!!! I hate it not because it turns out I to be right, I love this by itself (just as every normal human being does I think), but usually it is the sad thing that happens when others do not see what was clear for me.

Anyway, who in his right mind attacks Boadicea over sea and expects to conquer? I give this to Pindicator, the idea that he might attack me was so ridiculous to myself, that I was not even checking his power regularly, so he got me somewhat by surprise smile Maybe if it was on land and not boat invasion, or it was a bit earlier, or if I had no triremes vs his galleys, maybe it could have worked. Shame on me for letting my beautiful capitol being burned down and for relying so much on my leader and reputation to be left alone to play the unusual REP scientists-wielding Boa strategy.

I do not know what actually happens, as I am not entered the game yet as of this turn, maybe because of the waiting for reload, but I can imagine how he being repulsed back in the sea and keeping at war with me, forcing him to build army and fleet to stand against mine, had put a big red "target" sign on his back and someone (TBS?) came to pick the ripe fruit. This maybe puts similar sign on my back somewhat too, but my only other neighbor is Mackoti, who is first thing on separate landmass (despite being Vikings) , and most important he is winning the game anyway, to actually win the game he only needs others to do nothing against him. It is the other possible runner-ups for the win to be proactive and search for an easy conquest now, which to put them on the track for eventual long-aimed-shot at contesting the first place to the top player later.

So, GG all.

I never got much excited by this game or dragged in much (which can be seen by total 4 in-game events related posts). Map was awful. In addition Pindicator with his poor judgement on attacking me and then the bad outcome for me losing my precious capitol doomed me to slug until someone of the big fishes swam across the sea to eat me. Mack took me out of my misery with mass galleons+berserkers+knights invasion. I had my small moment of revenge sinking Pindicator's fleet and conquering and razing few of his own cities.

Lets see now how things will work out for Mack with him doubling (?) his territory and for Commodore having his new neighbor Mack.
