So I tried building a "huge" 64x64 toroidal map on emperor, turned virtually every scrap of water on the map into plains, edited in the terrain around our area, played the turns as we actually played them in-game, and...
Bingo. The "victory conditions" numbers (.22% at first ring, .52% at second ring, .74% now) match too. You can change that "95% sure" of mine to 99.9%.
In other news: Yalara and Jasana are stacked [EDIT: I misread something. They're actually...] on the horse tile right now. One or both of them can of course move to cover Toulouse when he moves (briefly) out of our borders next turn, but we should be able to see whether there's a potential threat to him anyway; if there isn't, does anyone have a preference on what to do with this pair? Bear in mind, we'll need (at least one of) them fogbusting and/or protecting the area around Red Dot (for which we also need a name) by turn 52.
[EDIT2: I would favor moving at least Yalara 1W into the forest if she's not needed to help defend Toulouse, in hopes of doing at least minimal scouting before she has to return.]
[EDIT3 on a triple post because I'm crazy: The microplan already posted that takes us through Turn 47 still applies. The higher-than-expected maintenance costs MIGHT affect Pottery, but not The Wheel, and therefore nothing for the next 3-4 turns at least.]

Just got home from Chattanooga and man am I friggin tired... It all looks fine to me. If India ever plays their turn (what's up with them being so slow so often?)I should be able to play our next one whenever I get up.

I really think we need another warrior unit. We're looking at defending 3 cities and 3 workers with ONE warrior if we send Yalara scouting.

OK, we might need to wait a turn before we discuss how much military we have. Why? Because we found more lions. Here is the situation in the west:
Do not worry, I changed the tile assignment after I took the picture. I left Jassana fortified on the horses since Toulouse saw no barbs, so he shouldn't be vulnerable to a double move since the hill would block them.
Yalara should have really good odds vs that lion but...
We ran into another lion in the east.
It's location is no longer visible from our new hill, but trust me, he is where the sign says he is. We're clearly going to have to risk a turn on the flat ground next turn UNLESS the lion moves just SE of Jassanas position. Then she should just fortify. We COULD also do that if the lion moves just S of her. We SHOULD be able to dodge fighting the lion on the flat.

The turn rolled, so I logged in and did the worker movement. I did NOT move the warriors nor end the turn.
The lion did NOT attack Yalara. This is the situation in the west:
If we're going to continue exploring with Yalara, we have 2 choices.
NW onto the forest where the lion was. If we move there we're 90% likely to be attacked by the lion next turn, but she is a C1,W1 warrior in a forest.
SW onto the plains tile in an attempt to avoid the lion. Of course, the lion could have moved SW into the fog, and then will 90% attack Yalara, but it is accross a river. The problem with this is there does not appear to be a forrested tile adjacent to this one, so I'd favor NW and taking our chances with the RNG if we're going to explore more with her.
Meanwhile, in the east we have this situation:
I think we should move directly east both because we're less likely to get panthered, and so we can keep an eye on that lion. The alternative is NE in an attempt to avoid the lion, but, really, I dont think this has any point.
EDIT: Of course, if we're just peeking around at the surrounding terrain, 1SW with Yalara would probably be ok.

By the way, I know it delays everything by 2 turns, but would it be the end of the world to your micro plan to slip in a warrior from the capitol before this next settler so we could have Yalara keep scouting? The new warrior could head down to the sugar to prepare to garrison/worker protect there. It should be the last warrior we'd need as we'll have chariots before city #4.
We could build it in a turn right now, but my understanding of the way this patch works means that the 18 hammer overflow we have now would result in the loss of 3 hammers if we did that? So we should probably build the settler this turn, then switch to the warrior for 2 turns, then back to the settler if we're going to do this.

My latest microplan has our first chariot coming out on turn 54, and Red Dot build on turn 55. If you want, we can replace the chariot with a couple of warriors (out of Pride Rock) or just build one warrior at PR and delay the first chariot a bit less.

I see you're online, but I don't see you on messenger. Can we chat about this? I'm fine with anything that lets Yalara keep scouting.
Edit: So, what do you think I should do with Yalara then? Is moving to the forest the best you think? Most of the teams have played, so I'd rather finish our move in the next few hours if possible.

Lost connectivity on my civ computer - should be able to get it back, but not for ~2 hours (probably won't be able to post again before then either, but am doing so from the library now). I did manage to log into the game briefly before my connection dropped, but did nothing except learn stuff:
Maniac, Yalara is not scared of lions when she's in the forest. Her buddy did NOT move away; it attacked her at 1.1% odds and got splattered. (See combat log, events log and/or the fact that she now has 3xp.)
I agree with moving Prrsha E or SW - I think I favor E at the moment, but I think I'd like her to end up circling our capital at ~15ish tiles distance, more or less, cover permitting, and de-fogging as much as possible. Whether she circles clockwise or counterclockwise should probably be a situational decision.
CROSSPOST: Maniac, I can't sign into chat for two hours or so, and my ability to be online here is sporadic at best (even before I have to leave, which will be shortly). I advise that you do what you think best! (Which is likely to be better than any other advice I'd offer anyway!)

I totally missed the lion attacking. I moved the workers, checked in on Prrsha, took the picture, then moved over and took the other picture and right about then... there were some weird OOS errors going on at the time caused from Mukha's connection and I basically got frustrated and quit after about 15 minutes of that, so I hadn't checked the events log or the status screen. I guess I just saw full health (3 unit icon) and assumed
It sounds to me that we can protect city #3 with our current units or, at worst, by building a single warrior from Pride Rock just ahead of the settler, which is good, as I'm not in favor of building 2 more warriors.
I'm going to keep Yalara heading west then.
You know, I wonder if there are 3 lines of civ accross the map thus: 6-5-6 The line in the middle would have a bit more space, or, possibly there is a missing "18th" spot. I wonder if we didn't draw the long straw of extra space just to our east. Cross your fingers that this is indeed what's happened.
I'm going to go ahead and finish the turn.
EDIT: You edited what I was quoting, so I deleted that. My reply to it was no longer funny...
BTW, I've named the new worker Marie, after the middle kitten from The Aristocats.
