My first reaction is to accept, and damn fast!

It gives us a 10t window to: a) repulse REM from the walls of Cats, b) Industrialise, & c) build a fleet. (During Golden Age, for that matter)

Scooter's objectives are undoubtedly to Tech, Tech, Tech in safety, but honestly I think he's made a mistake here; combining his fleets to capture Geese (which I don't think we could have stopped) would give him a N-S passage that allows him to pressure us wherever he decides to, and probably stops REM's advances as well.

So I think. We cant handle 2 wars at the moment. This peace time we need to press REM back, probably raze a couple of his cities and annex Donovan's lands. In techs we need Combustion to continue resistance and keep the minimal chances to win. Scooter doesnt have Physics or Electricity like REM so he probably scared him becoming too strong and is happy to have us fighting hard among each other.

OK, Peace it is and we take a long look at how we need to deploy to challenge REM. We probably need to send some things East to reinforce Cats, but the opportunity to hit him should be in the West.

Agreed on Combustion as the target, although with the GSci due out of Goats soon, we should consider grabbing Electricity as it will greatly help our Commerce situation.

Useful! How many turns until Goats gets their GSci?

Not convinced we'll have an easy time at Silkmoths; I think there's probably a chunk of troops that are loaded up to land at Canaries, and that will give him 3 air bases covering our approach route. But if we hope to make progress in Donovanland, we'll need to keep them distracted over here. So the Cavs we have in the middle already we send East, while the ones by Chickens hop back on the boats and head South again?

It showed just 4 turns and I think we only had 5 specialists and I believe we can hurry it up with some other specialists.

Yeah, it was held back at only 5Specs so that Chickens could overtake.

The first view plan is the following:
1) stack cavalry and take silks back with airships and a couple of catapults. His cavalry won 10% against our infantry, he wont have much better odds there.
2) prepare cannons and take donovan's cap and prepare landing on percy and may be bomb GA there. If we see it cant work we just switch on DZ's cap.
3) restore infrastructure and push research.

All we need from this campaign is to force REM to make peace treaty when our peace with scooter will be about to expire.
