Second person is Dp101 yes, he may be kind of scummy but he's still a person that is possibly a townie and that argued a little with Lewwyn.

What puts Jkaen in your town list?

Good prodding of people, he made a mistake with the "5 discarded scum is too much" thing but in the end agreed that it was a mistake. Active but not spammy.

I think the question is, have I rugged you the wrong way? (This rugged thing feels very weird btw) It seems like your justification for voting for me is based on whether a couple other people think I'm scummy, not whether you think I am.

Two people have wondered whether you were deliberately misunderstanding them. Like scum trying to twist their words to make them look bad. It makes me wonder if they were right. But that's not enough to get me to vote for you yet.

Where on earth did this come from? What do you think is scummy about Meiz? And then subquestion - what about that scumminess suggests serial killer?

I get why Dp101 didn't choose mafia lover, less so why he put it in second place instead of third. Also, his interaction with Lewwyn was off somehow, at the time I thought he looked worse for it but now I feel that they've both been off. And finally I still can't wrap my head around why he attacked me (post 39).

But Dp101 saying that he felt Lewwyn was deliberately misunderstanding him deserves to be put in Lewwyn's record for later consideration.

I literally say in that quote that he doesn't sound particularly scummy and more SK-y ; he's enjoying himself, but not really scumhunting. He states that he doesn't enjoy being scum, but he hasn't made a comment about SK.

I get the impression that Dp101 is reading more than he is posting. (Not necessarily a scummy thing, but often portrayed as a scum trait.)

Actually, I'd say it is a scum trait, in that scum almost always do that. But townies can probably play like that to varying degrees, too. (And scum usually try to hide it more.)

Honestly, I'm mostly doing that because I don't trust my own reads that much right now. I'm kind of still figuring out exactly what I consider scum tells and village tells, and in the meantime I don't really want to muddle the waters too much with stupid and inane theories.

As previously mentioned my third choice was hider, another role I REALLY didn't want to get. In retrospect, it would probably have been better to rank hider second and mafia lover third, but I didn't really think about what would happen if I didn't get my first choice, so my second and third choices were pretty much random.

I do have a problem with your reasoning for putting Lewwyn in your scummy-list. Had you said: "Lewwyn was deliberatly misunderstanding people here and here and this is scummy" I would be ok with it. But you are using "XY has said Lewwyn misunderstood him" and that is plain simply bad. It is hiding behind other people to mark one as scummy.

Your votes have been in a similar vein from "I feel uneasy about Psilly". (He could well be your scumbuddie and you were testing waters for later distancing) to "Good case Gazglum" without even mentioning Meiz' answer and finally "Meiz looks rather skish " which is funny as the good case from Gazglum was done with Meiz as scum.

I'm onboard with AdrienIer. I also think scum would feel unease at sitting on a target, hence this could be a scum trying to act townish by prodding me. I get that he could just want to generate discussion, but it feels more like an opportunistic attack.
