Not having workers near the front is disaster. Imagine if you could reach that stack... Well, not a big deal.

In overall view:
We do need police state, it gives nice modifier that stacks with kremlin bonus. Attack in open will be impossible, but units in ships are unaccessible for bombers and ships can be hidden in forts.
Also noticed you have put some marines, the can do decent job. And dont drop scooter from the score, he has panzers.

Unfortunately I couldnt examine the situation detaily to say where to move this turn and where to replant. May be I can find more time tomorrow.

I had just posted something in the tech thread, but now that I reread your post I suppose I should delete it and confirm w/ you first - have you conceded to REM or not?

I have previously offered him a concession, yes. I don't see any reason to change that right now - especially since this must mean that Scooter has now done so. I'll still probably play this turn though either way; I want to get Demos to support the decision, and also answer the question to myself of how to proceed.
