Yes that makes sense, good idea. I agree it would be nice to capture the leader, but lets make sure none of us die doing so

Robern ignores the keys and pushes on the door. It swings open, and you see a candle lit chamber beyond, taking up the whale's skull and ribs. A dwarf, shaven-headed and thickly muscled, chants steadily before a golden altar with his back to the door. The chamber is hot and humid; the driftwood support beams are swollen and rotting.

Robern creeps up behind the dwarf, ready to try and knock him out with the pommel of his sword.

Robern moves with surprising grace into the skull shrine. The dwarf doesn't cease his chanting or seem to notice the swashbuckler; indeed his prayer seems to be reaching a crescendo...
