Just realised something, the attack did hit because my AC was decreased by 2 since I charged. Unless I am mistaken, I'm at -1 hp.

As you were standing right behind him, you didn't have the space to charge. Your 17 hit, I discounted the charge.

he's taken 37 damage so far, he can't be immortal he can't be far from his death

Although cornered, the dwarf doesn't seem particularly worried. Anya's dagger and Lucas' arrow strike him minor wounds that he doesn't even seem to notice; his eyes sharpen and he gives a bloody grin as Niall's point drives home once more. Robern's slash opens a gash on his side. Windbreaker's bite is dodged without a sweat.

The dwarf is looking worse for wear but is still in the fight. "Here's how you knock someone out, lad." He cocks back his fist and throws a haymaker at Robern with stunning force.

Attack against Robern hitting AC 22, if damages does 6 points of damage and a DC12 fortitude save to avoid being stunned this round.

The increasingly bloody dwarf leans against the wall of the shrine, pushing himself firmly against the ancient rib.

Anya decides to change her strategy and takes her spear in hand. Her thrust is precise.

Lucas deciding he had focussed too much on accuracy the last shot, instead focuses on power this time, unfortunately this causes his shot to go wide

In the split second after the dwarf's smashing blow to his ally, Niall jams his shoulder into his adversary's side, pinning him to the whale bone, and stabs. Then he pushes away, flicking his fingers at his opponent's eyes.

Niall will attack, then take a 5-ft.-step back and cast daze using spell combat.

Attack = natural 19
Confirm = 20
Damage = 8 x 2 = 16

Spell save = DC 13 Will

Anya's charge pins the dwarf to the bone, piercing his breast, a mortal wound, but there is still a light of ferocity in his eyes; he tenses for a final shove behind him.  "The Outsider tak..." Niall's swift stroke fully decapitates him.

As the headless dwarf slumps to the side, cracks begin forming in the bone he was bracing against. Water begins to seep through the cracks...

The shrine is leaking, seconds still matter. You have two rounds to react before the bone gives way entirely (well, Robern has one round...).
