This undoubtedly marks me as a baddie, but I am insanely tempted to take QSH of India and try to do an Oracle->Colossus play. Only one other IND leader, Louis, and being Creative makes him less interested in the religious line.

I hate to hold things up, but could I know which tile is changing, and how? If, for example, you turn the plains tile N of the start into a forest, it makes India better; if you turn the grass forest SE into a plains, you avoid adding a forest, but you've subtracted a grass. I am trying to figure out if I can do something explosive with India such that the YOLO crazy pick becomes worth it, so I am actually simming this out rather than just picking the "good" options.

(For what it's worth, I think making the grass forest SE into a plains forest and making the plains forest 2S into a grass forest is the least disruptive to the balance of the original setup, but I'm not sure if you want to disrupt its balance based on feedback from whoever my twin is)
