Adrien has brought Horse Archers over to his city planted in my back garden .. damn, should've attacked it a lot sooner!!

Turn 91 & I've just noticed i have an awesome Economy! +150G/turn @ 0% tech & -50G/turn @ 100%!! So 1 turn @ 0% pays for 3 @ 100%
 So, Guilds by turn 94, then I'll have to do Iron Working (not sure why I skipped it) for Crossbows, etc before Masonry -> Construction -> Engineering. Maybe I could afford some extra EPs too

Turn 96 & I settled my ninth city (Peter Taylor). Masonry completed at 0% tech! so I'm already ahead of the schedule posted above.
Question for any lurkers out there: what does the percentile mean on the Espionage page? Is this the difference in the points spent per turn? e.g. Dreylin's showing as 110%; if I spend 10 on him is he spending 11? Or is it something else?

I've noted down the EPs ratios: Dreylin: 173/158 (+12/turn) Adrien: 87/120 (+1/turn) Pickle: 123/136 (+5/turn) The bit in brackets is is what I'm spending on each, I'll note what they're spending on me next turn (if I remember)
