I do not see espionage slider. Anyone else has this issue?

There was a very significant change in the start compared to the starting screenshot so I'm going to think a bit more about the start before I play my first turn. I'm going off to work now but I will play my first turn this evening.

True, probably it is started with "no espionage" option. Need to check it...
