I have another QoL idea to propose: to manage cities quicker, would it be possible to return to the city list (and possibly at the same city) after clicking ok on the city screen?

No idea on how difficult that is... But I hate the game when it becomes city management. Anything that could make it quicker would be welcome!

Heh, I grew up playing Ascendancy on huge galaxy size, with the goal of colonizing the whole thing. CoM doesn't allow you to build remotely enough cities to become aggravating for me.

I do agree that would be a nice change though.

Exp 10 is uploaded, contains the new difficulty level!

-Fixed AI trying to stay behind walls with ranged units against ranged enemies even when no wall is present.
-Fixed bug : Difficulty modifier doesn't apply to Score if game is won after 1440. (untested)
-Event frequency is now the same for all difficulty levels.
-Renamed difficulty levels, added a 6th level, and readjusted their effects. Easy and Normal are unchanged. Extreme is now called “Master”, and Impossible is “Lunatic”, these are mostly unchanged albeit there are minor differences (mainly, the AI will get less advantage in their diplomacy with other AI players). See the table below for the old, and new difficulty levels.

Now I want s game that lasts till 1440. I wonder if I can do that on expert?

Started a game with version 10. I have 0 research per turn. Summoning circle is going to take me -38 turns to research. Something off there.

Edit: Turns out I managed to have 14 mana production and 2 casting skill, while only having 15 power production. So I actually had -1 research although the game couldn't recognize it.

Oh, now that's an interesting rounding error. Haven't seen it before.

Reuploaded EXP 10, as the "no anime portraits" patch wasn't correctly applied to those files.
Also fixed the menu reverting "Lunatic" into "Easy" if the player hits ESC and returns to it.

later exp versione this happened to me 3 times yesterday: i attacked a city with torin, and after the first turns opponent troops froze and stopped acting on their turn, likely something went wrong with switching tactics?
