9 warlocks most likely have less military strength than 9 halberdiers+swordsmen. Or there were invisible nightblades.

oh might have been nightblades, but it definitely wasn't 9 swordsmen/halberdiers. There were only 4 of them visible. bizarre. why would they put nightblades in an outpost?

What happens if a mono death wizard picks the curse category, and the human has consecration on all his cities; and the only other living AI is allied with the death wizard? Can the death wizard still choose to cast a city curse? If so does he end up wasting the spell or targetting his ally? Or does he get forced into picking a spell that does not target cities?

In the old procedure the AI would have cast the curse and failed to target it, wasting turns.
In the current one however, it doesn't pick a curse that has no valid target, and if it fails to pick any of the curses, then it rolls another category instead.

I know we already let AI cast things like Uranus blessing on a city that does not yet have a library.

Are we also OK with the AI using evil presence on a city that does not yet have a shrine or parthenon, and also has stream of life?

Well, it's not particularly expensive and they might build one eventually so I think that's ok. Worth disabling when we have nothing better to do but not a priority.

Sounds good. Its funny seeing half my empire with evil presence on it.. And yet not having a single negative repurcussion from it. AI has probably spent over a thousand overland casting skill (OK on lunatic that's hardly anything) and is spending dozens on maintenance (again, before lunatic maintenance modifier...) but literally hasn't done anything.

Final wave doesn't hit it's own units right?

The AI in question has multiple cities with only one or two summons in them (like a solo death knight). They're the strongest AI, they have stream of life in all their cities, but no units? I suppose they MIGHT have hordes of night stalkers but that seems very unlikely. (Life/Death, no Dark Elf cities)

Correct, it doesn't hit own units. It's most likely Night Stalkers, if not then it had units that got pulled into a doomstack. If you kill an entire doomstack and the next 9 best units are in the same city, that city will be left empty.
