3) I see that Power Plants (coal/Hydro/nuclear) provide 'power' to the cities they are built in and Three Gorges Dam in all cities. What does this 'power' actually do? Is it a multiplier of hammers or something similar?

It allows the factory building to produce more hammers (25% bonus to base) in exchange for potentially more pollution. The way it's been explained to me is that factory is essentially an expensive forge, but it also unlocks the cheap (in hammer cost) power plants.

I thought Power Plants give additional 50%, not 25%?

Factories unfortunately don't provide all those extra metal happiness, but add 2 extra slots for Engineers, though. I guess it's also useful if you want a late game engineer for a hammer corp...

Another question to revive the thread. You guys can submit some too!

4) In a No Tech Brokering or Full Tech Trading game, can you trade any techs you receive from the internet wonder?

Full Tech Trading, certainly, the Internet techs are available to be traded. In a NTB situation? Probably not (techs popped from huts under NTB can't be traded, just ask Ruff from the PBEM).
