Looks like if the prompt raze -option is off, and you raze with the "r" key, you lose fame like vanilla. Otherwise you gain, which I thought was inteded.

Looks like if the option is off, the fame gain/loss is set elsewhere. I need to change that to match the intended behavior too.
...gold is calculated separately there, too. Nice find, this is a serious bug.
