I've lost most of the documentation I had, but I see here there are even better tools and most people have more information I ever found. 
As I wrote elsewhere I can create a file to make your mod available for Insecticide Patch, present and future versions, as long as the mod doesn't change fixed bugs.

About swordsman: i like to play with LargeShield=4. With this it can beat bowman and shamans,but can be beaten by spearmens.(rock,paper...)
Gnolls will not be so bad, if it be friendly with conquered races.
What do you think about races and realms? Would you specify each to other? For example, draconians always gets demon skin for chaos channel.

Usually conquered race of very different behavior, do not reach well.
In classic fantasy fiction Gnolls are strong, not very smart and stinks.

My ideas on the races are very ample to discuss and my mod changes very few things, maybe in the future...
About draconians, if possible I'll let them have breath chaos channel (adding the power to own fire breath) and fly chaos channel (adding one speed to the usual). However it is not not possible, right now, so I do not bother.

So I can't help but notice that this mod has been updated since I first asked how we can get our hands on it, yet there is still no download link.

I'm sorry Giant2005. 
The file was an attachment, but disappeared during one of the forum updates.
I uploaded again the patch, ILS can you keep a copy of it, just in case... 
It works fine with 1.31 and 1.40, probably it will work with 1.50, but I'm going to check it.
