if anyone is available atm to login, and unpause.. i cannot unpause, and i have something on screen from another player, so i dont believe i "can" just exit the game.

OT4E. I've no doubt your intentions were harmless.

But I feel that "avoiding even the appearance of impropriety" is the general rule.
We all know that it's easy enough to go read opponent threads and have it be completely undetectable. Or even post in them with a suitable sock-puppet account.

I've no reason to believe you play is anything less than honorable. The fact that you visibly broke the rules, for what was an unknown reason at the time, was frankly rather shocking.

I'm not sure what you mean about the "AI diplo" comment. You only want to play in full diplo games? Or general disgust at the current situation?
