Paused for safety's sake, although I think there are two people left to play.

When I logged in to play this turn, I opened a diplomacy window right away before I noticed that shallow_thought had already paused the game for Superdeath, so now I am stuck. Could a kind soul please log in and unpause the game so I can free myself and play my turn? Sorry for my foolishness...

Did you try to close the game with hotkeys and sign in again? That worked for me the last time it happened.

It turns out that all I had to do was exit Civilization IV and enter it again.
Turn played and paused again for Superdeath.

Paused for Magic.
"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow. In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."

I missed my normal play window and I am not going to have a chance to play again for about nine or ten hours. That looks like it might be fast enough to play before the timer runs out, but if it is running low and I still haven't played I would appreciate a pause.

I paused with a little bit under 4 hours on the clock.
