pb38 style civ/leader picking

As the title suggests, likely a start around new years ( im fine with before )
"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow. I'm probably in too.

I am in. My suggestions:

1) No more than 12 players.
2) No more than 12 man-hours should be spent on creating the map (preferably less).
3) Natural looking, cylindrical, random map, very roughly balanced.
4) With 12 players we can do snake-pick but I am fine with PB38 method.

Consider me interested, particularly with...

1. doesnt matter too much to myself.
2/3 Im fine with a /random Pangaea map with only some balancing around the starts. ( equal food? )
4. Im fine with either, but would love to get forced to try something out of my comfort zone.

PB38 is done. May get some more interest in this by advertising over there in case some folks don't stop by civ general.

Something with a map the size of 40, mebe?
